# Wither Storm Transform

A Forge add-on for **Cracker's Wither Storm Mod** (Minecraft 1.20.1) that lets you transform into the Wither Storm and pilot it yourself. 

It uses the original models, sounds, tractor beams, tentacles, bowels, and Command Block core straight from the main mod.

### Requirements

To play this add-on, you need:
* **Minecraft 1.20.1** (Forge 47.x)
* **[Cracker's Wither Storm Mod](https://curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/crackers-wither-storm-mod)** (v4.2 or higher)

*Note: For multiplayer, both the server and all connected players must have the mod installed.*

### How It Works

* **Wither Essence:** Craft the Wither Essence item and right-click to trigger the spawning animation and become the storm. Right-click again to turn back.
* **Piloting:** You float inside the storm while invisible. The main head looks wherever you aim, and movement adapts to the size of your phase.
* **Phases (0 – 7.5):** Use hotkeys to step through every evolution phase on the fly, from the small initial block form up to the fully split giant.
* **Tractor Beams (G):** Turn tractor beams on or off. When active, heads lock onto targets, pull in mobs/players, and rip blocks out of the terrain at higher phases.
* **Abilities:** Fire a fan of skulls (R) or slam tentacles into the ground (F) to unleash a knockback shockwave.
* **Chase Mode (H):** Increases fly speed, renders nearby players through walls as silhouettes, and pinpoints Amulet holders with a light beam up to 1024 blocks away.
* **Bowels & Digestion:** From Phase 4 onwards, swallowed players end up inside the bowels to take damage over time. In Phase 7.5, players can fly into the hole to attack your Command Block core.
* **Allies:** Your storm won't target yourself, your scoreboard teammates, or your pets.

### Configuration

You can edit all settings (cooldowns, damage, speed, PvP rules) directly in-game by going to **Options -> Wither Storm Transform...** or through the config file at `saves/<world>/serverconfig/witherstorm_transform-server.toml`.
