Wither Storm Delight

This is a major update focused primarily on Farmer's Delight 1.3.x compatibility, code cleanup, and bug fixes.

Changes:

Updated compatibility with Farmer's Delight 1.3.x, with the development dependency updated to Farmer's Delight 1.3.4. Performed extensive code cleanup and optimization, removing outdated, redundant, and unnecessary implementations. Fixed the Command Cooking Pot not correctly reading stored meals. Fixed container/block recovery issues after consuming certain feast blocks. Fixed an issue where some crops could fail to grow when bonemeal was used. Fixed Command Block Knives not being properly included in the Farmer's Delight and Forge knife tags. Fixed Command Block Knives not working with certain Cutting Board recipes. Fixed Command Block Knives not triggering the knife-specific drops when harvesting mature Withered Rice Panicles. Updated and standardized knife detection in Cutting Recipes for Farmer's Delight 1.3.x. Fixed and cleaned up several recipe, item tag, and advancement JSON files. Adjusted food effects and crop-related logic affected by Farmer's Delight 1.3.x API changes. Fixed several other logic issues and made various minor improvements.

Version 1.0.0 focuses primarily on compatibility, stability, and code quality rather than adding a large amount of new gameplay content.
