Wither Buffed up

Adds two structures, the Wither Shrine, and the End Shrine.

-Adds two structures

-Adds an End game fuel source

-God fuel (Dramatically stronger than coal)

-The Wither Shrine (Common) (Easy)

-The End Shrine (Rare) (Hard)

-Both structures have exceptional loot.

-Wither Shrine can only be found in the Overworld

-End Shrine can be found in the End and Overworld

-Made explicitly for the IllegalCraft ModPack.

-Can be used in ModPacks, go crazy, just no distributing my mod on 3rd party websites .

-no future versions planned.
