Wither Boss Improvements

A mod that improves on the wither boss and adds a new armor/tool set.

Additions 1.0:

- Wither now has 150 hp instead of 300, also when hit the Wither has a low chance of spawning a Wither Skeleton to fight for it.

- Wither Essence drops from Withers Being Defeated. Drops 3-7.

- Withersteel, a new metal ingot made by 4 Wither Essence & 1 Nether Star. Withersteel can be made into tools & armor.

- Soul Glass, the glass made from soul sand, mob AI considers it to be a block of air despite being solid, could be used quite well in technical ways.

I might update this mod if I come up with something good enough.
