Added Infused eye of ender that can be bound to a player

 

Removed Infused eye of ender spinning :(

 

Made Obsidian Hopper work if the player goes offline

 

Obsidian Hoppers now work even if a player changes their name

 

NOTE: YOU WILL HAVE TO RE-PLACE  OBSIDIAN HOPPERS AS THEY NOW USE THE UUID SYSTEM

 

Fixes lots of Server bugs and crashes
