Added: Relative Positional Card. Stores an offset rather than an absolute position in the world. Useful for moving builds around. Cheaper than an Absolute Positional Card.

Added: Placing a World Augment in a Desublimator will allow the Desublimator to drop items (or pick them up when inverted).

Added: Block Augment. When placed in a Desublimator, it allows the Desublimator to place blocks, or break them when inverted. The Block Augment can be enchanted with Silk Touch or Fortune. Breaks blocks at diamond level by default. Configurable.

Added: Comparator output from Chargers, Condensers, and Desublimators.

Added: Slight illumination to Condensers containing bright fluids.

Changed: Random Iteration now shuffles the target list and iterates over that, rather than picking a random position each time.

Changed: Nearest and Furthest Iteration now continue to the next target if a target is removed from the valid targets list, such as by a Desublimator in block placement mode placing a block in that position.

Changed: Make the Applied Energistics machines act as a dense cable rather than a standard cable. (32 channels vs 8). Configurable.
