-Removed the gui texturepack from the mod

-Removed support for biomesoplenty block (shale, siltstone, limestone). They have been removed from biomesoplenty.

 This fixed also the crash with new updated biomesoplenty.

-Fixed walls not having the proper collison box. They are now 1.5 blocks heigh.
