and to the extent such rights exist under applicable law.
1. Scope
This license applies to the Wildworks (游匠) project code, compiled mod, documentation,
textures, models and other project materials that Samuel has the right to license
(the "Materials"). Third-party materials are excluded and remain subject to their
own licenses. See THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md and any notices supplied with them.
2. Permitted use
You may download, install, run and play an unmodified copy of Wildworks (游匠), free of
charge, in single-player or on a Minecraft server. You may keep personal backups,
compile an unmodified copy for your own use, and change settings through the mod's
provided configuration files or interfaces. Players joining a server must obtain
their own copy from an authorized source.
You may share links to the author's official download page. You may also create
and share screenshots and gameplay videos of the mod in use; this permission does
not cover distributing the mod itself or extracting its assets for separate use.
This license does not claim ownership of your saved worlds or gameplay recordings.
3. Separate permission required
Unless separately permitted in writing by Samuel or required by applicable law,
you may not modify, adapt, port, translate, or create derivative versions of the
Materials, extract and reuse the code or assets in other projects, redistribute,
reupload, mirror, sublicense, or sell the Materials or copies of them.
Including the mod or its assets in a downloadable modpack, server pack, launcher
bundle or other distribution also requires separate written permission. Merely
publishing the source code does not grant an open-source license or any of these
permissions. Request permission through the author's official project page.
4. Notices and third-party rights
Keep this license, copyright notices and third-party notices with the copies you
are permitted to make. No rights in Minecraft, third-party components, trademarks,
or material outside the author's licensable rights are granted by this license.
Nothing here restricts rights granted directly under a third-party license or
rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.
5. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Materials are provided
"AS IS", without warranties of any kind. Samuel is not liable for claims, damages
or other liability arising from the Materials or their use. This clause does not
exclude liability or statutory rights that applicable law does not allow to be
excluded.

本许可仅适用于作者有权许可的游匠（Wildworks）项目代码、模组、文档、贴图、模型等内容。
- 可以免费下载、安装和使用未修改的模组，单机或服务器游玩均可；可以自行
备份、编译未修改的源码，并通过模组提供的设置界面或配置文件调整设置。
联机玩家须分别从获授权的来源取得模组。
- 可以分享作者的官方下载页面链接，以及正常游玩时拍摄的截图和视频。
这不授权分发模组文件或单独提取、复用素材，也不主张玩家存档或录制视频的所有权。
- 修改、移植、翻译、二次创作、提取复用代码或素材、转载、镜像、出售及再许可，
除法律另有规定外，都须另行获得 Samuel 的书面许可。
- 把模组放进可下载的整合包、服务器包或启动器分发包，也须另行获得书面许可。
公开源码不代表开源授权。授权请求通过作者的官方项目页面提出。
- 保留许可证及第三方声明。第三方依赖和 Minecraft 内容遵循各自的许可，
本许可不改变这些许可，也不限制法律规定不得限制的权利。
- 在法律允许的范围内按现状提供，不作保证；免责范围以英文条款和适用法律为准。
