This project operates under a dual-licensing model: the underlying source code and logic are open-source, while all artistic and visual assets remain strictly proprietary.

You are free to inspect, modify, and redistribute the source code under the condition that any derivative works or modifications are also distributed under the same GPLv3 license and proper credit is provided to the original author.

2. Visual Assets License (Textures & Logos)

All visual assets included in this mod—including but not limited to custom block textures, custom item textures, and logos—are original creations owned entirely by the author (**SilverBreezed**).

You are strictly PROHIBITED from:
1. Extracting, re-uploading, redistributing, or copying these assets to other mods, standalone resource packs, public projects, or external platforms without explicit written permission.
2. Modifying or adapting these textures/models/logos for public redistribution or derivative works outside this project.

You are ALLOWED to:
1. Include this mod in any public or private modpacks, provided that the mod file (`.jar`) is downloaded directly through official ecosystems such as Modrinth or CurseForge without modifying the internal assets.
2. **Contribute Improvements (Pull Requests):** You may modify or create new assets *solely* for the purpose of submitting Pull Requests, bug fixes, or asset enhancements directly to this official project repository.

3. Contributor License Agreement (CLA) for Contributions

By submitting a Pull Request (PR) or contributing code, assets, or localization files to this repository, you agree that:
1. **Source Code Contributions:** All submitted code will be licensed under the project's **GNU GPLv3** license.
2. **Visual & Asset Contributions:** Any visual assets submitted via PR will be assigned/licensed to the project author (**SilverBreezed**). The author retains the exclusive right to distribute, modify, and include these assets in official releases under the All Rights Reserved model.
