Fixed loot tables in the Infested Temple
Added #minecraft:on_random_loot restrictions to all randomly enchanted items (Purififcation won't generate outside the infested temple anymore)
Added Voltaic Shot enchantment, currently unused. Voltaic Shot causes arrows to fly in a straight line and deliver an explosion.
