Wheels!

Actual wheels for VS: Clockwork

This mod adds 2 new features: The Wheel and the Block Of Slippery.

The Wheel has a near-round colission box and can be used for cars.

The Block of Slippery acts like blue ice.

None of the blocks have recipes for now, they might do in future though.
