Adds summoning altars, Otto / Obito bosses, Kamui space and eye, undefined equipment and workstations,
the time machine, and the Power chair. Fixes projectile damage, Fabric Kamui interaction/network
registration, and visual/input compatibility on older Minecraft versions.

Each file is for the exact Minecraft version and mod loader in its filename.
Install Fabric API for Fabric builds. Client and dedicated server checks, altar/boss checks,
and boss/damage checks passed against the exact uploaded production bytes.
