1. Ownership
Zurned ("the Owner") is the sole creator and copyright holder of the Wheel Spinner Mod, including its source code, binaries, documentation, and any related files (collectively, "the Software"). No part of this license transfers ownership to any other party.

2. Restrictions
Except with separate express written permission from the Owner, no party may:

copy, redistribute, publish, or share the Software in any form;

modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the Software;

use the Software for commercial purposes;

sublicense, rent, lease, or sell the Software.

3. Identity of the Author
"Zurned" is a handle/pseudonym and not the Owner's legal name. The Owner identifies as, operates under, and is bound by this license under the name Zurned. The Owner affirms that the identity behind the handle Zurned can be established and verified if required, including for purposes of legal enforcement of, or against, this license (for example, in the event of a dispute or lawsuit relating to the Software). Use of a pseudonym in this license does not limit or excuse the Owner's rights or obligations under it, and the Owner may not disclaim being Zurned in order to avoid enforcement of this license.

4. No Warranty
The Software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5. Limitation of Liability
In no event will the Owner be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Software.

6. Termination
Any use of the Software outside the permissions described above or without explicit written consent from the Owner automatically terminates any rights granted under this license.
