Added workaround for incompatibility between OptiFine and Mystcraft banners. OptiFine cannot work with ResourceLocations produced on-the-fly, so Mystcraft banners were showing up blank. Dummy files have been added in the correct locations to satisfy OptiFine. Everything still works fine in vanilla.
