What's new

- Aquifer patch is now off by default

- Patched a bug where low canyon settings weren't properly being applied

- Patched a bug where CO was applying new worldgen to dimensions which emulated certain aspects of the overworld (e.g. same height and depth)

- Patched a bug where CO wouldn't apply to specific datapack-driven worldgen mods. Note that this doesn't include ocean mods yet.

- Overhauled how default worldgen is disabled; now should be more compatible with more mods
