After leaving the water the body becomes wet.
This is the first version so it's not pretty.
The following update will make the water flow effect look realistic.
This mod is added When you leave the water you will send the wet effect application the wet effect makes you slow down and flow down the water droplets Wearing cloth armor, leather when out of the water will make this effect worse, being underwater for 7 seconds then out of the water will make it worse
