Allow other mods to provide Lights for items using a separate IItemLightProvider class.
Fixed rendering players only having one light from hands.
Fixed Item IItemLightProvider not lighting in first person view.

Changed priority for Entity and Player Lights.
    (first config list, second mod specified light list, last Item IItemLightProviders)

    ->

    (first Item IItemLightProviders, second auxiliary IItemLightProvider, third config list, last mod specified light list)
Servers don't have to update.
(API) Increased API version. Compatible with mods with old API.

 

Removed test code.
