Adds a block that can remove armor and items from most mobs on collision. Includes a configurable whitelist and blacklist.

What's new
Release, no know gamebreaking bugs or glitches. Have not tested on modded entites but it should be fully working if they use the same mechanics the normal vanilla mobs does. Worked fine when tested in "All the mods 10" where it could remove backpacks, or hidden gears on endermen.
