A simple client side mod to allow the player to toggle weather on or off.
This could be useful if you are recording a video and rain is causing video compression artifacts or if you just hate the rain!
Features
Adds a command "/WeatherHack" this is used to toggle between having weather on and off
"/WeatherHack On" - Weather will be turned off on the client side (Use this command to toggle the mod on)
"/WeatherHack Off" - Weather will be turned on on the client side (This is how minecraft usually functions)
