Weather Glass

First release for Minecraft 1.21.1: the same mod as Weather Glass 0.3.0 for 26.3.

• Raindrops on the outside of glass blocks, panes, stained and tinted glass when it rains: drops land, merge and run down in jerks, leaving a trail as wide as the drop; they carry on into the glass below.
• Rain reaches glass under a 1-2 block canopy; glass under a deep porch stays dry. The glass dries in about half a minute after the rain.
• Two styles: Drops (default) and Streaks.
• 32 or 64 pixels per block.
• In cold biomes: frost growing in from the window's edges (more at night and while it snows), snowflakes sticking to the glass, snow piling up at the bottom of the window outside. Frost on the inside can be switched off.
• Settings in Mod Menu: amount (Off / Light / Normal / Heavy), style, pixels per block, snow and frost, frost inside.
• Client side only. Needs Fabric API.
