Weather and Tornadoes Remastered

GENERAL

• Support for Terracarts added! (IlyRac's awesome car mod!)
  • Terracarts provide more suction resistance than other vehicles
  • Debris, falling, and flying into walls will damage terracarts greatly
  • Terracarts will still be sucked up by strong tornadoes if you get too close
• Fixed a large puzzle chamber generating even with config setting is false

TORNADOES

• Waterspouts can now spawn on flat worlds no matter what. This re-creates an old quirk of the original mod.
• Fixed waterspouts using same tornado spawning track, effecively negating the Storm_waterspout chance config option!
• Fixed a number of minor bugs
