Lukas' Weapon Leveling

This mod makes it possible to level up your armor and weapons. It will also let items not disappear when broken.
This is the default Tooltip all levelable Weapons will have
Broken Items will now actually be a new Item and carry the original Tooltip + The Broken Info and Prefix with it.
Bows, Crossbows and Tridents receive a custom new Attribute to level
