Weaker Symbiont Beacon

Adds a Withered Beacon recipe for resummoning CWSM's weaker Bowels Withered Symbiont.
Weaker Symbiont Beacon gives the special weaker Withered Symbiont its own Withered Beacon resummoning recipe!
Instead of using the more expensive recipe for the normal boss-strength Withered Symbiont, you can use a smaller recipe to summon its weaker Bowels variant.
WEAKER WITHERED SYMBIONT RECIPE
• 1 Wither Skeleton Skull
• 1 Withered Bone
• 1 Withered Flesh
• 1 Tainted Dust
The recipe summons the actual weaker/non-boss Withered Symbiont used by CWSM rather than simply spawning a normal Symbiont and lowering its health.

WHY DID I MAKE THIS?
The full Withered Symbiont already has a way to be resummoned using the Withered Beacon, so I thought the special weaker Bowels version deserved one too!
