To obtain these substances put some magma cream into a brewing stand for Bromine and an enderpearl for methylamine. Taking this will give you lots of visual effects and overall give you a pretty bad experience but you will be extremely fast and strong.
Coke: To do this you must add Magma cream, Sugar cane, Sugar and a Mangrove Propagule hence the real-life version of making this. Burning some grass. This will give you haste and saturation but also make you slow and weak. A risk that might be worthwhile.
Needle: To create this, add a spruce sapling, some Magma Cream and Redstone into a crafting table now take this at a pace you like since this is a very high-risk high-reward type of thing. It will give you slowness, blindness and darkness basically making you paralyzed just how it does in real life, but you will have a strong amount of resistance basically making you take no damage...

Beta Herbs:
Burning Grass: To create this, get sugar cane and put it in the middle of a crafting table then add paper around it and magma cream on top, it is infinitely reusable
Fentanyl: Add glass panes in a crafting table, two on the right and left and one on the bottom to make an Erlenmeyer flask then get glass and make a half-square with it in the crafting table to get a boiling flask. you can fill these up with Calcium hydroxide and liquid nitrogen and by adding these in a smithing table with some packed ice you will get yourself a Fentanyl pill.
Dealer: Place a respawn anchor next to a villager with no profession to turn him into a Dealer then the rest is simple.

The new painting is a 1x1 and also there is a bug in the beta which won't let you craft Fentanyl so you can only use it in creative, sorry :/
