Waystones and Lightman

Allows to spend cash on Waystones instead of XP

Allows players to spend cash from Lightman's Currency on Waystones instead of XP levels. Adds some text and QoL upgrades instead of just connecting both mods with a Datapack.

Cost can be adjusted in the config.

New translations will be added too.
