Waystone Compass is here to solve all these, with 3 options of difficulty into making them (nomral tier uses warp dust and a compass to be made) and fully customizable hud location, you'll never lose a waystone again. 

For as long as you are holding the compass the waystone location will be active. 

Sneak+right clicking the compass will bring up a waystone menu that you can choose which one you're hunting.
