Waystone Beacons

Adds beacon lights above Waystones, to make them easier to find in the world.

Currently only works at a distance of around 4 chunks away and only if the waystone is somewhere inside the viewport of your screen.

Intended as client-side mod.
Can freely use it in modpacks if you want.
