The release (but not development) version of Water Erosion 1.1.4 for Forge is broken in Minecraft 1.20.x versions. 1.1.5 updates the Gradle Mixin build configuration so the mixin functions as designed.

Upgrade to 1.1.5 required. This is a Forge only issue, so there will not be a 1.1.5 for Fabric.
