Water Current & Farmland Fixes

Fixed an issue in the combination of Minecraft 26.3 and Forge where the pushing force of water and lava flows would stop working, as well as an issue where water was no longer supplied to Farmland.
There is currently a bug when using Minecraft 26.3 with Forge where water and lava flows do not function properly and no longer push mobs or items.
I have also discovered an issue where farmland does not receive water even when there is a water source in the appropriate location.
This mod was created to restore the pushing behavior of water and lava flows, as well as restore proper water supply to farmland.
Please feel free to give it a try while waiting for an official patch.
I have only tested this mod in single-player, so I cannot guarantee that it will work properly in multiplayer. Please keep this in mind.
