Inspired from actually additions teleportation staff, and the tiers from better builders wands (but not using any of their code). currently forge only.
-warps you to where your crosshair points, within each tiers distance limitations
-different tiers have different durabilities and cool-downs (ignored when in creative)
-shift-rc to activate the furno-staff to take fuel from your inventory (60s cool-down on disabling)
