Added new hyper bound pages and waypointing command
/waypoint /waypointlist /waypointdelete /givewarp
Warps now cost configurable hunger
Caveats
When the warp book inventory is open, you will not be able to move anything but warp pages
Client does not properly update with hyper warp pages. Syncronizing waypoints will fix this
