Fixed uncraftable anythings... whoops
Added hardmode crafting recipe options Enabling it in config (disabled by default) replaces the book recipe with book+nether star and the page recipe with paper+eye of ender
Caveats
When the warp book inventory is open, you will not be able to move anything but warp pages
