Minecraft 26.3 patch release for Forge, NeoForge, Fabric, and Quilt. Requires Java 25.

• Updates active editions to Forge 66.0.2, NeoForge 26.3.0.7-beta, Fabric Loader 0.19.5, and Quilt Loader 0.30.1.
• Preserves magical trees, ores, and placed features while migrating their world-generation data to Minecraft 26.3.
• Migrates loot conditions and modifiers so block drops and Silk Touch behave correctly with the new loot format.
• Adapts magical fuel, tools, creature behavior, teleportation, broom interpolation, rendering, and recipe advancements to the 26.3 APIs.
• Adds the Quilt edition and updates recipe-viewer compatibility. Fabric and Quilt require Fabric API for Minecraft 26.3.
• Removes the avoidable Fabric/Quilt renderer-initialization and test-accessor mixins. The remaining hooks preserve features that do not have equivalent public Fabric callbacks; Forge and NeoForge have no first-party mixins.

Supporter and legacy editions are unchanged and retain their existing Minecraft versions.

Optional integration note: JEI and RRV integration code is preserved. A matching Forge 26.3 JEI runtime has not been verified, so Forge's development profile no longer loads an older 26.2 viewer runtime. REI/EMI development profiles likewise require an actually compatible runtime.

Automated verification

• Forge: 5,576 unit tests, all 397 dedicated-server GameTests, and 7 release-metadata checks passed in CI.
• NeoForge: 5,580 unit tests, all 397 dedicated-server GameTests, and 7 release-metadata checks passed in CI.
• Fabric and Quilt production builds, unit tests, all 397 server GameTests, and release-metadata checks passed. All 180 machine recipes also passed in the preceding Fabric and Quilt client runs.
• Owner-approved verification waiver: the remaining rendered-client ritual checks were stopped at the owner's request. Final test-fixture corrections for ordinary item pickup/stack merging were not runtime-retested. Full final client verification is incomplete; this release does not claim an all-green client matrix.

Build provenance

The subsequent source commits only correct test observers, CI checksum comparison, and release documentation; production code and packaged resources are unchanged from these builds.

Release assets are the CI-built production JARs, source JARs, and their SHA-256 checksums. No manual local Minecraft testing is claimed.
