Warium Weights

Patches storage containers from Quark, Quark: Oddities and Immersive Engineering, so that Warium weight penalties cannot be avoided.
This mod correctly retains the weight penalty of Warium items or any items with the crusty_chunks:mass tag family.
So if you put an artillery shell into your backpack from Quark or storage crate from IE, the weight will still be applied to the player and will no longer be dodged.
Intended for modpack and server balancing with Warium and the afforementioned mods.
