- Added tattoo needle item for applying tattoos.
- Added ender dye and tattoo remover to allow removal of tattoos
- Added craftable tattoo viewer to review tattoo stats and locations.
- Added 12 different tattoos.
- Added 22 different tattoo locations.
- Tattoos now disable when covered by armor or an item (Each location may check different item slots)
- Tattoo needles now spawn in certain dungeon chests.
- Tattoo Artist villagers now spawn and sell tattoo needles at a hefty price.
