1. SCOPE
1.1. This license covers the software, binaries, source code, assets (textures, models, sounds, artwork), and related materials of the project (the “Software”).
1.2. Third-party components, if any, remain under their respective licenses.

2. DEFINITIONS
2.1. “Author” means the copyright holder identified above.
2.2. “Server” means any networked or multi-user instance of the game (including but not limited to dedicated hosting, VDS/VPS, cloud, LAN, Mojang Realms, or any environment accessible by more than one user and/or over a network).
2.3. “Use” means installing, running, loading into memory, hosting, making available, distributing, or otherwise exploiting the Software.
2.4. “Commercial Use” means any direct or indirect monetization (including donations, paid ranks/perks/crates, ads, or paid access).

3. LICENSE GRANT
3.1. The Author grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-assignable, and non-transferable license to:
(a) install and run the Software only in single-player mode on a single client device; and
(b) make one backup copy solely for archival purposes.
3.2. No other rights are granted.

4. RESTRICTIONS (KEY)
4.1. Any Server Use is PROHIBITED without the Author’s PRIOR WRITTEN permission.
4.2. Redistribution (including modified versions) is prohibited unless expressly permitted in writing by the Author.
4.3. You may not modify, decompile, reverse engineer, circumvent technical protections, or bypass access checks.
4.4. Commercial Use is prohibited without a separate license from the Author.
4.5. You may not bundle any part of the Software into third-party modpacks/builds/servers without permission.

5. EXCEPTIONS / PERMISSIONS
5.1. The Author may grant written permission for server or other uses (including commercial) under specific terms.
5.2. Any such permission applies only to the expressly allowed scope, duration, and domains/addresses listed by the Author and may be revoked upon breach.

6. TERMINATION
6.1. This license terminates automatically upon breach. Upon request by the Author, you must promptly delete the Software and all copies.
6.2. Sections 7–9 survive termination.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
THE AUTHOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

9. CHANGES
9.1. The Author may issue new versions of this license; installing updates constitutes acceptance of the then-current version unless otherwise agreed in writing.
