WAR 'N NOBILITY 1.0.1 (ALPHA) - CHANGELOG
=========================================
Still ALPHA, now packaged so it can be tested more easily on a server. This build is
all polish and fixes on top of 1.0.0, no breaking changes. NeoForge 1.21.1.
TITLES
- Every rank now has its own colour on the [Title] prefix in chat and the tab list:
Outsider white, Artisan green, Knight orange, Baron red, Count violet, Duke blue,
King gold, Emperor royal purple.
- Fixed: a promotion now updates your title in the TAB LIST immediately, not only in
chat (the tab name used to stay stale until you relogged).
THE CHANCERY TABLE
- Now CRAFTABLE: a Lectern + 3 Gold Ingots + a Book & Quill.
- It finally shows a real open book resting on the lectern, the way a vanilla lectern
does, instead of a flat texture.
- The console was rebuilt and given room to breathe, with four tabs:
- COURT: your standing, how to advance, the Advance button, pledging a seal, and
naming your domain.
- THE LADDER: every rank with its colour, an icon, how it is earned, and a marker on
where you stand.
- WAR MANUAL: short illustrated pages explaining seals, vassalage, winning seals by
war, the Crown, and the throne, so players can sit and learn the systems.
- SETTINGS: how your title is styled (masculine or feminine).
- A running "your path" ladder strip sits along the bottom of every tab.
THE MAP (Domain Atlas)
- Town markers are back: every colony now shows a small house and its name on the
atlas, so settlements are visible without any extra add-on.
- Borders refresh much faster (about every 3 seconds, and instantly when you log in or
change dimension), so the map is current when you open it.
- NEW: borders now also draw on the IN-HAND atlas view (just holding the atlas), not
only the opened book. The layer toggles still live in the opened book and act as the
settings; whatever you switch on there is what shows in your hand. Borders and town
markers are clipped to the map so nothing spills onto the frame.
REQUIRED MODS (unchanged)
- MineColonies, War 'n Taxes (the MineColony Tax Addon, which needs FTB Teams), Easy
Factions, and Antique Atlas 4 (which on NeoForge pulls in Sinytra Connector, Forgified
Fabric API, and Surveyor).
STILL ALPHA / KNOWN
- The systems are in place but the multiplayer flows are still being tested in practice,
please report anything that misbehaves.
- The Crown and its Shard still use placeholder art (golden helmet / ancient debris).
- The in-hand map borders are new; if a tier looks slightly off, that is the part most
likely to need a small tweak.
- Forge is not supported in this build; the integration features are NeoForge-only.
