Visual fixes
- Fixed boss air-attack effects (Nyx's rifts/dragons, Varyn's fireballs, Madara's wither bombs, saber rifts, runes, etc.) being drawn over by clouds ... they now correctly render in front of the cloud layer.
- Fixed the resulting flicker/z-fighting shimmer on those effects against clouds with a depth bias, so they display as stable, solid color.
