wands and gorly

This is a magic mod based on mining. 

there are four spells:  a killing spell, a digging spell, and a knockback spell, right now it knocks back hard and there is a wither spell, this is a fun one.  three out of four spells can be made in advanced variation with an advanced wand.

now the wands: there are right now two wands and they are the basic wand and the advanced and the advanced wand gives you the more powerful version of three spells 

the mining process is like mining diamonds except for the knockback spell.
