The Wandering Trader always spawns every two days

Originally designed for my Skyblock Modpack;

Force the Wandering Trader to spawn every two (Minecraft) days and notify Players when he does, if for some reason he fails to spawn, another attempt will be made half a day later until he successfully spawn;
