Vulcanite

Adding a new balanced ore found in the Nether. Tools have special abilities and Armor has special protection for hot sources (lava, fire, etc.)

What's new
- Reworked Armor ability
- Will now "keep lava away"
- Tooltips have been removed and hinted into Advancements
- Vulcanite Tools, Blocks and Armor are now more equal to Iron (Blocks have the same hardness and explosion resistance and armor has same protection)
- Vulcanite Ore now deals damage like Magma Blocks instead of setting the player on fire
- Hoe has now same properties as other tools as in 1.16 will be an official tool to break some blocks
