Completely revamped and overhauled Isogals and Iceogals.

Added 3 new types of Isogal Armor.

Added the Amulet of the Nurealm, an item which you equip on your armored Isogal, to allow it to traverse between the End/Alt End and the Nurealm.

Some other bug fixes and overall improvements have been made.

Added a new toggle which you can enable via world creation called "Ultra Nightmare", which significantly increases the difficulty of the mod.
