Adds a new way to get to and from the nether, NO RECIPIES YET
This mod adds 3 new blocks, and a new item. They are the Portal Exciter, the Portal Frame and the Portal Igniter.
This is how to create the portal:
Right click the center with the igniter to ignite the portal
