 - Fix inability to build after leaving a duty instance

 - Snow no longer generates in the Void

 - Infusion and Paranoia no longer increment while in Spectator

 - Added 3D Biomes to the Void

   + Among the Void we have: Overworld, Nether, End. These 3 spawns some of their respective mobs
   + AntiSpire and ThunderSpire biomes. These are currently vacant, they spawn at the very bottom and top of the Void respectively.

 - Mobs in the void spawn with a random amount if Voidic Infusion

   + Mobs with 33% infusion or higher that die from Players have a chance to drop Ethereal Essence.

 - Ethereal Essence, when used on Bedrock in the void consumes the item and turns the bedrock into Voidic Crystal Ore.

 - The Thunder Spires, these spires generate in the thunder spire biome, they have a chance to spawn lightning strikes every so often at the tips.
