Voidminer Forked

Voidminer Forked is a Minecraft mod that adds large multiblock miners capable of generating resources directly from the Void.
The mod focuses on long-term automation, scalable progression, and high energy throughput.

Inspired by Environmental Tech, Voidminer Forked is designed as an independent system with flexible configuration options and strong endgame potential.

About the Mod

Voidminer Forked introduces Voidminers — multiblock machines that generate ores and materials over time instead of traditional mining.

To operate, a Voidminer requires:

A completed multiblock structure
A sufficient FE/RF power supply
A clear line of sight to bedrock or the Void

Once powered, the miner will continuously generate resources based on its tier and installed modifiers.

Voidminer Tiers

Voidminers are divided into multiple tiers.
Higher tiers increase resource output, unlock additional modifier slots, and require significantly more energy.

Progression is designed to scale from early automation to heavy endgame infrastructure.

Modifiers

Modifiers allow Voidminers to be customized by trading power consumption for efficiency and output.

Available modifier types include:

Energy Modifiers – reduce power consumption
Item Modifiers – increase item output per cycle
Speed Modifiers – reduce mining cycle time

Modifiers are not tier-locked.
Lower-tier modifiers can be used in higher-tier Voidminers.

Poor power management will cause the miner to stop operating.

Solar Panels

Voidminer Forked includes a full progression of Solar Panels designed to support both early and late game setups.

Higher-tier Solar Panels generate significantly more energy and can be combined to meet high power demands.
Endgame Solar Panels are capable of fully powering even the highest-tier Voidminers on their own.

Solar Panels can be enhanced using Solar Modifiers:

Solar Efficiency Modifier – increases energy output
Solar Weather Modifier – allows energy generation during rain and storms

These modifiers improve both output and reliability of solar-based power systems.

Item and Storage Upgrades

Voidminers include internal item storage that can be expanded using Storage Upgrades.

Available upgrades:

Storage Upgrade T1: +3 internal item slots
Storage Upgrade T2: +9 internal item slots
Storage Upgrade T3: +27 internal item slots

Storage Upgrade rules:

Storage upgrades are not cumulative
Only one Storage Upgrade can be installed per Voidminer
Installing a higher tier replaces the lower tier

Storage Upgrades are useful for remote or chunkloaded miners and setups without item automation.
