What's new

Currently only two items exist at the moment,

 

Summon Structure: Life Altar

Summon Structure: Dark Altar

 

Each Altar is made out of vanilla blocks, each item also has a crafting recipe requiring nether stars

 

I suggest using JEI for looking at the recipes
