Bans items and disable recipes in game using commands Client and server side

make sure to include " "  before and after anything that needs a modid or uuid in the command or it wont work 

/banitem "modid:itemname" - make sure to include " " in the command or it wont work - Neoforge only

/unbanitem "modid:itemname"  - make sure to include " " in the command or it wont work - Neoforge only

Works with sophisticated backpacks

/banitem modid:itemname - forge only
