end star changes:
spawn weight decreased from 2 to 1
hp increased from 256 to 512
step height increased from 20 to 25
removed lag
other fixes:
the void message despawns now after 20 ticks on old worlds and despawns when it spawns naturally so i hope that there wont be a plague of white monsters
null observing hp reduced from 10 to 1
cleaned up the workspace a bit
