Vivecraft x Iron's Spells 'n Spellbooks Compat
Cast spells with your hands in Minecraft VR!
Ever tried using Iron's Spells 'n Spellbooks in VR, only to have your spells fire wherever you're looking instead of where you're pointing?
This mod fixes that by connecting Iron's Spells 'n Spellbooks with Vivecraft's VR controller tracking. You can now aim and cast spells using your actual hand movements, making magic feel much more natural and immersive in VR.
Point your controller, cast your spell, and watch the magic fly!
✨ Features
- Hand-Based Spellcasting: Aim spells using your VR controller instead of your head.
- Left and Right Hand Support: Choose which hand you want to cast with.
- Physical Spell Origins: Supported spells fire from your controller's position rather than your character's eyes.
- Improved Spell Aiming: Adds VR aiming support for projectiles, beams, cones, and other spell effects.
- Multiplayer Support: Your casting-hand settings are synced with the server.
- Simple Configuration: Switch between left hand, right hand, or normal aiming.

⚙️ Compatibility and Known Limitations
The goal of this mod is to make Iron's Spells feel better in VR without changing how the magic system works.
Mana costs, cooldowns, spell progression, and other normal mechanics are left alone.
Most supported spell effects can use physical hand aiming, but some spells may still behave differently depending on how they're implemented. Spells added by other mods may also need additional compatibility support.
If you prefer the original aiming system, you can turn off physical hand aiming in the settings.
Non-VR Players: Players without VR can continue enjoying Iron's Spells 'n Spellbooks with normal spellcasting mechanics.
