Mostly just bugfixes in this update ;-;

Heres the changes:

 

- Fixed console error when checking essence levels on a server

- Fixed Multitools using 80 essence per block instead of the intended 10
- Multitools can now mine only 1x1 if you hold shift while using them
- Fixed bug when adding Fluxed Extraction spell to a spell bag via crafting
- Added cooldown to the Fertilization spells
- Decreased Fertilization Spell casting cost
- Fixed Multitools not working on blocks that didn't have a defined mining level (Copper/Tin Ore, Chisel blocks, etc)
